Hi Shelley,

My husband and I would like to thank you so much for taking care of our boy and getting him here safely. You and your colleagues did an excellent job.

It didn't take him long to settle in. He was a little scared when he arrived (as could be expected) and wasn't eating much. Today however he is full of energy, eating normally and he seems very happy here. He is back to his normal self like he was back home in New Zealand so we are very pleased.

You made the whole process very simple and stress-free.
